A SECOND arrest has been made in connection with an alleged attack in Port Clarence which left a man with injuries believed to have been caused by a Samurai sword. A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. The incident happened on Meadowdale Road, between 8pm and 8.30pm on Saturday, July 12. A 23-year-old man appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 17, charged with Section 18 wounding and affray.
