The 32-year-old is accused of entering the victim's home in Warton Street, North Ormesby, Middlesbrough as a trespasser between July 1 and July 8.

Mr McCabe, of Barrington Crescent, Brambles Farm, Middlesbrough, is accused of entering the house for a second time on July 9.

A murder probe is continuing into the death of Ms Ryan, who was pronounced dead at the address just before midnight on Wednesday.
