POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a 60-year-old Billingham man who suffers from dementia and has not been seen since 4pm last night (Saturday, June 14).
Kevin James Haswell left his home in Finchale Avenue to walk his white long-legged terrier called Dylan and failed to return.
Mr Haswell was due to attend a party later but failed to turn up. He suffers from Alzheimers Disease and may be confused.
There was a possible sighting on the A19 near Elwick at around 6pm yesterday (Saturday, June 14).
He is described as around 5’10” tall and was wearing a blue long sleeved woolly jumper with dark blue jeans and blue canvas shoes. Anyone who sees him is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101.
