“BRITAIN’S best unsigned blues rockers” will top the bill at an eagerly awaited music night next month.
The Idle hands will headline at Sedgefield Rock and Blues Club in Sedgefield, County Durham, on Saturday, June 17.
The band, which was the named the best unsigned blues act in the UK by Classic Rock Blues magazine, is renowned for its electrifying stage presence and distinctive sound, which has been influenced by the likes of Led Zeppelin and Jimmy Hendrix.
Talented North-East performers, Jodie Nicholson, from Darlington, and Paul Liddell, from Sunderland, complete the line up.
Previous gigs at the club, at Sedgefield Parish Hall, on Front Street, have sold out and music fans are advised to reserve their space as soon as possible.
Tickets cost £12 and are available from 07957104434 or sedgefieldblues.com, where information can be found about future gigs.
Doors open at 7pm.
