'Parents 4 Change' conference in Middlesbrough

A CONFERENCE is being held to help improve services for families of children and young people with disabilities.
The Parents 4 Change Conference at the Riverside Stadium on Friday (May 2) is organised by parents for parents.
The group promotes the welfare of children and young people aged from birth to 25 with disabilities or additional needs.
The conference runs from 9.30am to 2.30pm in The Riverside Suite at Middlesbrough Football Club, Middlesbrough, on Friday.
Attendees will be able to find out more about training for parents, how changes to the law will affect them and their child and about the financial support available for those caring for a child with a disability.
Lunch and refreshments are provided and transport and childcare costs can be covered if needed.
