A WILDLIFE photography exhibition has opened at Bridge Centre for Visual Arts in Darlington.

The exhibition showcases the work of photographers who have taken part in the venue’s Openarts sessions which cover a variety of mediums throughout the year.

The next series of courses are now underway with beginners and more experienced artists being given the opportunity to learn more about techniques including ceramics, watercolours, jewellery and life drawing.

Most courses run for ten weeks and although the term started this week, places may be available.

Ten-week courses for families, children and young people led by Openart Studio also start this Saturday (May 3) from 10am to 2pm.

Activities will include mosaics, jewellery making, paint and ceramics and much more, with pre-booking essential.

Booking is also now open for Summer Saturday workshops.
