REGULAR advice sessions have been organised to help people cope with rising energy bills.

Darlington Citizens Advice Bureau will hold daily drop-in sessions to assist the town’s residents in managing their energy costs.

Trained advisors will be on hand at the Energy Hour Support Sessions, which will be held Monday to Friday at Bennet House in Darlington from 10am until 11am.

Residents are invited to drop in with their energy bills for help and guidance on a variety of issues, from switching energy supplier to getting tips on how to save money.
