Talk on Henry Wood's letters
Civic society: Richmond and District Civic Society will be holding a talk by Leslie Anne Hendra on Henry Wood of Richmond at the Influence Church, Richmond, on Thursday, April 10 at 7.30pm.
The talk will focus on Henry Wood’s letters, partnership with George Bell and work with Henry Mayhew.
Mr Wood was a Richmond saddler in 1825 who wrote about events in the town.
Entry to members is free and £5 to non-members.
