AN ART exhibition in a village hall has been hailed as a success.
Peter Sarginson’s collection of contemporary paintings, Time and Tide, was launched in the exhibition space in the new village hall at Grewelthorpe, near Masham, on Saturday, March 15.
Exhibition curator Gill Wicks said: “We are thrilled to be showing Peter’s work. We consider this exhibition, which is the first of many planned for the coming year, to be a bit of a coup.”
The exhibition will run until April 11. The cafe in the hall is also open weekdays until 2pm and 3pm at weekends.

FUN WALK: There will be a 5km walk for all abilities from Dalton and Gayles Village Hall on Sunday, March 30 from 11am.
