A TEXTILE and media based exhibition exploring heritage and journeys travelled on the railways will reside at the Head of Steam this spring.
The exhibition, by Catherine Howard, takes in a journey from Darlington around the Great British countryside exploring many stations towns and cities that were linked with this vital railway network.
It runs from April 8 to July 27, an entrance fee applies and booking is essential for workshops.

NORTHERN SOUL: The second Oldies Night of the year takes place at The Forum on Friday with an evening of classic Northern Soul music.
Five DJs will play on the night and there will be a drinks happy hour at 7pm.
Doors open at 7pm until midnight and admission is £3.50.
