A FOLK night will return to Sedgefield, in County Durham, on Friday, March 14, with an Irish flavour. Sedgefield Folk Club will present top acts Steel Strings, Broadband, John Wrightson Band and Ernie Gilchrist, at Sedgefield Cricket Club, at 7.45pm.
IN TRIBUTE: Sedgefield Village Veterans will hold a repatriation service on the green in Sedgefield, at 10.45am on Thursday, March 13, in honour of Sapper Adam Moralee, of Ryton in Gateshead, who died in Camp Bastion in Afghanistan on Wednesday, March 5. All are welcome.
SHOW DATE: Tickets are on sale for Sedgefield Players’ production of Waiting for Gateaux, which runs at the parish hall in Sedgefield, County Durham, at 7.30pm from Thursday, March 27, to Saturday, March 29.
