Northallerton: Farmers' market to move down the High Street.
THE farmer’s market in Northallerton is on the move.
The monthly Wednesday market has been held at the northern end of the High Street, by the town hall, for a number of years.
But from the next event, on March 26, it will move down the High Street to a position just by the junction with Zetland Street .
Nigel Davison, market manager with Northern Dales Farmers Markets, said: “We were stuck out on a limb where we were and were no longer getting the same trade.”
He added: “Hambleton District Council have been very supportive of the move and we are very grateful for their help.”
