An afternoon tea dance will take place at the Golden Lion Hotel on Northallerton High Street on Sunday, February 23 from 2pm until 4.45pm. There will be a programme including ballroom, sequence, folk and line dancing. Money raised will be donated to the Stroke Association. Admission is £4 including tea and coffee.
HEALTH WALKS: Hambleton Strollers will staging three health walks in the district on Tuesday, February 11. There will be a walk of between 60 and 90 minutes in Northallerton, from Mayford House Surgery from 10.15am. There will also be two shorter treks of between 30 minutes and one hour from the Bay Horse Pub at Great Broughton and the Galtres Centre in Easingwold at the same time.
FILM NIGHT: Stokesley Entertainment Club will be showing a film of As You Like It at Stokesley Town Hall on Sunday, February 9 at 7.30pm. There will be an introduction to the film by Eileen Driver at 7.30pm and the film will begin at 8pm.
