TIME bandits will take Darlington residents back to the First World War next month.
To mark the centenary of WWI, the Time Bandits – a historical interpretation and re-enactment society – will lead people into the past.
Free sessions in Darlington will allow people to meet local characters, handle historical objects and hear stories about life during the war.
The events will take place on Saturday February 22 from 10am to 12pm at The Bridge, from 1pm until 4pm at Crown Street Library and from 4.45pm until 6.45pm at the Central Hall in the Dolphin Centre.
Ahead of the sessions, the group would like to talk to local people about their wartime family memories.
