A MAN will appear at Teesside Crown Court in the morning (Tuesday, January 28) charged with murder.

Abdourahamane Barry, 26, of Carlow Street, Middlesbrough, appeared at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today for a brief hearing before being remanded into custody.

Cleveland Police were called to a house in Carlow Street, in the Gresham area, at 3.45am on Saturday, where a body was discovered.

The victim has not yet been formally identified.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call 101.
