A PANTO princess will teach aspiring stars to tread the boards this half-term.

Beth Stobbart – who played Princess Jasmine in Darlington Civic Theatre’s 2013 pantomime – will lead a workshop in music hall and variety performance on Monday February 17.

Miss Stobbart and fellow ArtsSpark Youth Theatre and Dance leader Debbie Waistell will help participants create a song and dance routine that will be performed as part of The Good Old Days of Music Hall show.

The workshop - which is suitable for over-8s will take place at the Civic Theatre from 10am until 3pm and the performance will be staged the following day. To book a place, call 01325 486555.
