A MAN has denied six counts of indecent exposure and will face a trial in April.
Andrew Beasley, 40, of Allerton Close, Northallerton, is alleged to have exposed his genitals to a number of different complainants, causing alarm or distress.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to all six charges – which date between September 1, 2010 and August 14 last year – during an appearance at Teesside Crown Court.
The Recorder of Middlesbrough, Judge Simon Bourne-Arton bailed Mr Beasley ahead of his trial, expected to take place on April 22, with the condition that he does not contact the complainants in the case.
