RESIDENTS are being invited to have their say on plans for a new £4m development that would bring more vital new homes to the local community in Darlington.
Tees Valley Housing is proposing to build 35 new much-needed homes on a site off Glebe Road, adjacent to its Woodland View development.
The new homes, which have received Homes and Communities Agency funding, would boast a range of spacious and contemporary new family homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.
Now local residents are being invited to view the proposals and give their views at a special consultation event.
The plans will be on show at Whessoe Parish Hall on Monday 27th January from 2pm to 6pm. Members of the design and build team will be on hand to answer any questions.
