PEOPLE are invited to join the Mayor of Redcar and Cleveland, Councillor Vic Jeffries in saying Farewell to the Redcar Bowl.

The charity night is on Saturday, February 15 from 7.30pm and will feature three popular 60's groups Legend, The Delmonts and The Cadillacs.

Tickets are £6 each and all proceeds will go to the Mayor's Charities; The Mike Findley Motor Neurone Disease Fund and Zoe's Place Baby Hospice.

ANIMAL RESCUE: The next monthly meeting of Saltburn Animal Rescue Association will be held in the TocH premises, Albion Terrace, Saltburn, on Wednesday, February 5 at 7.30pm. New members are welcome. The charity has recent raised £248 in December with a street collection and a coffee morning in Marske Leisure Centre in January raised £172.83. All proceeds go to the Foxrush Farm Sanctuary and Re-homing Fund.
