A PEDESTRIAN has sustained serious leg injuries in a hit-and-run incident in a town centre.
Police said a 35-year-old local man was hit by a mid-blue Vauxhall Corsa at 6pm, on Monday, (December 30), on Station Parade, near the junction with York Place, in Harrogate.
The Corsa did not stop after hitting the man, despite having lost its passenger side wing mirror in the collision.
Officers are appealing to anyone in the motor trade who has been asked to supply a new wing mirror for a Corsa to call 101 or email mark.mullins@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk
