Appeal after Helmsley raid
POLICE are appealing for information following a burglary in Helmsley .
Raiders broke into a house on Ryedale Close sometime between December 16 and 21. It is not known what was taken.
PC Lucie Welford said: “If you noticed any unusual vehicles or people acting suspiciously in the Ryedale Close area during the time of the burglary, I urge you to come forward and contact the police straight away.”
Contact Malton police on 101, select option two and ask for Lucie Welford or, to remain anonymous, information can be passed to Crimestoppers on 0800-555-111.
