Cotherstone
Northallerton Ramblers will be staging a nine-mile circular walk from Barnard Castle to Cotherstone on Boxing Day. Those wanting to take part should meet at Bowes Museum carpark at 10am. For more information ring Dave on 01609-775833.
A domino drive will be held on behalf of the bowls club at Thirsk Athletic Club House, Newsham Road, on Tuesday, January 14 starting at 7.30pm. Admission £2, which includes tea and biscuits. A raffle with good prizes will be held. All are welcome.
