Ripon Cathedral
THE pupils of an independent school where Stephen Fry used to be a teacher have held a nine lessons and carols service at Ripon Cathedral.
Monty Powell and Francesca Banks, who was a soloist at Stowe Choral Festival earlier this year, sang In The Bleak Midwinter and Once In Royal David’s City at the service for Cundall Manor School, near Thirsk, last night (Monday, December 16).
