FESTIVE WALK: Local archaeologist Dr Stephen Sherlock is leading a guided walk on Saturday, December 28 to explore the Cleveland coast south of Saltburn-on-Sea.
The walk will explore evidence of historic activity near the coast at Boulby. Meet outside the Co-op in Loftus Market Place at 11am for the walk, which will be about three miles each way on local roads and paths. Packed lunch and sensible clothing and footwear needed and there is an option of returning to Loftus by bus. For more details phone 01287-641000.
