The Cockerton Prize Silver Band is gearing up for its highlight concert of the year on Wednesday.
The band will play on their home turf at the Cockerton Club from 7.30pm.
Concert tickets cost £4 on the door and all are welcome.
CHRISTMAS FILM: Darlington Film Club will be playing the classic Christmas film Love Actually on Monday night.
It starts at 8pm and admission is £3.
The film is for over 15s only, and under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
CRIME CONCERNS: A Police and Communities Together meeting (PACT) is being held for Darlington Central ward on Monday.
It starts at 6.30pm at the YMCA on Middleton Street, Darlington and local police officers will be onhand to discuss any residents’ crime concerns.
