Leisure centres host football training camps during half-term

FOOTBALL camps are being run for youngsters at County Durham leisure centres across the half-term break.
Durham County Council is running On the Ball camps to improve youngster’s football skills.
They are at Spennymoor Leisure Centre on Monday, October 28 and Tuesday, October 29 between 1pm and 4pm for five to 11-year-olds with entry £6 per day or £10 for two days.
The Riverside Sports Complex, Chester-le-Street, hosts the sessions between Tuesday, October 29 and Thursday, October 31.
They are for five to seven-year-olds from 10am to noon with entry £4 per day or £10 for three days.
Youngsters aged between eight and 14 can take part from 10am to 3pm with entry £8 per day or £20 for three days.
They are at Teesdale Leisure Centre, Barnard Castle, on Wednesday, October 30 for eight to 16-year-old girls only with entry £6.
There are also sessions for both sexes aged from five to 12 years from Wednesday, October 31 to Friday, November 1 from 1pm to 4pm with entry £6 per day or £10 for both days.
Meadowfield Leisure Centre, Durham, hosts the football on Friday, November 1 for children aged three to six from 10am to noon with entry £4.
There are sessions for children aged seven-14-years from 10am to 3pm with entry £8 the same day.
