Teenager suffers broken arm in car collision in Redcar
A 17-YEAR-OLD male car driver sustained a broken arm after a BMW 3 Series M Sport collided with a wall near the filling station on Thrush Road, Redcar.
The crash happened at about 2am on Sunday, September 22 the driver’s two male passengers, a 17-year and 18-year-old, suffered minor injuries.
Witnesses are asked to contact PC Nigel Green from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting reference number 168412.

PICK POCKETS: Shoppers are being urged to be vigilant following reports of pick pockets stealing mobile phones in Middlesbrough. From Friday, September 20 to Sunday, September 22 three phones were stolen from people leaving pubs and clubs in the early hours of the morning. The thieves, operating in the grassed area of Centre Square, have started conversations with the victims before stealing the phones. Contact Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101.

One of these vehicles then collided with a blue Suzuki, causing the driver to take evasive action and resulting in her suffering minor injuries. Police would like to speak to both drivers of the Ford Mondeo or 4x4 vehicle, who did not stop at the scene. Witnesses are asked to contact PC Amara Edmonds on the non-emergency 101 number.
