Indoor buggy fitness for Middlesbrough mothers

THE indoor buggy pushing fitness classes run by the Active Middlesbrough Sports Development Team at the Southlands Leisure Centre get underway again from Tuesday, September 24.
Classes run from 9.30am to 10.30am and involve a gradual warm-up followed by a work-out designed to get you moving alongside specific exercises for new mums to tone particular muscle groups and target post-baby weight gain.
There’s also a special offer giving access to the Southlands Adventure Tots session from 11am to 3pm only £1 extra per week.
The full six-week Push & Go series is £20, while the combined Push & Go and Adventure Tots package is £26.

BACK TO CHURCH: Guisborough United Reformed Church, 56 Westgate, hosts the National 'Back to Church Sunday' event and a Harvest Festival Service at 9.30am on Sunday, September 29. Open to all.
PARK MEETING: The Friends of Tees Heritage Park is calling for residents, businesses and the wider community to support the Park by attending the annual general meeting at Preston Hall in Eaglescliffe, near Stockton, on Saturday (September 21). The meeting, which runs from 9.30am to 11.30am, will give people the chance to learn more about the work of the group.
