Running in memory of youngster Henry

A GREAT North Run veteran is limbering up to complete her eighth race in memory of a friend’s son who died of leukaemia.
Gillian Clason, from Darlington, is running in memory of Henry Valks, who died in 2009 aged three.
Miss Clason, 33, who works as a part-time fitness instructor alongside her day job as a council admin assistant, has also completed six marathons.
She has also taken part in runs and cycles in memory of Henry, raising more than £33,500 so far for the charity Children with Cancer UK.
As well as the physical fundraisers, she is organising a charity ball in November, which she hopes will see fundraising top the £40,000 mark.
