Cyclist taken to hospital for check-up after collision on Haughton Road, Darlington

A cyclist was taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital for a check-up tonight after being involved in a collision with a car at the junction of Haughton Road and Wolsingham Terrace, Darlington, at about 8.30pm. Police and ambulance crews arrived at the scene and found the cyclist had suffered only minor injuries. The bike was fitted with working lights both front and rear.
