York shop staff to walk over hot coals

ABOUT 40 staff from shops and businesses in York are to take part in a firewalk for charity. The event is expected to raise £4,000 in sponsorship for the York Blind and Partially Sighted Society. It will involve staff from the Coppergate shopping area of York, along with other local businesses, walking barefoot over hot coals on Thursday, March 28.
