New apprenticeships to be created in Ryedale

RYEDALE District Council is funding two apprentice schemes for young people and businesses over the next two years. The apprenticeships will be created within the public and private sectors in Ryedale. About £100,000 will fund new apprentice posts in district council departments and £150,000 will be available to businesses in Ryedale who wish to take on apprentices. Further details of the scheme and application process will be announced shortly.
