More than 400 local runners from years three, four, five and six are expected to compete for the title at the Prissick Base track in Middlesbrough on Wednesday (MARCH 6). STAGE STARS: Creative sessions to nurture the performance talents of nine to 13-year-olds are being held at Arc entertainment centre in Stockton on Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm costing £7.50. FLOWER GIFT: A Mother’s Day flower arranging workshop is being held at Stranton Cemetery in Hartlepool on Saturday, March 2 from 10am to 11.30am. A florist will be on hand to help make handmade displays at the event which costs £7.50 per person including all materials. To book call 01429-855560.
