Pickering fire blamed on log burner

Log burner blaze: A chimney fire which spread to the roof and a bedroom of a house in Thornton-le-Dale, near Pickering, on Wednesday afternoon is thought to have been caused by radiated heat from a log burner. The house suffered fire, smoke and water damage.
