EASTER APPEAL: Staff at the Co-operative Funeralcare are asking the community to donate Easter eggs and gifts that will be passed to children staying with their mums at the Darlington Women’s Aid Refuge. Donations can be left at Memorial House in St Cuthberts Way, Darlington and Oakcliff Cottage in Macmillan Road Newton Aycliffe as well as at local Co-operative funeral homes between Monday, March 4 and Friday, March 22.
