ROYAL DISPLAY: Richmondshire Museum is appealing for people to help with a Royal commemorative-ware display.

The display will feature mugs, cups and saucers, plates and other items celebrating the Coronations and Jubilees of every British monarch since Queen Victoria.

The display will run from April until October.

Anyone who wants to loan items can contact Julie Dodd at the museum on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays by Thursday, March 14, on 01748-825611 or email museumrichmond@yahoo.co.uk

COUNCILLOR SURGERY: The Richmond Central ward members of Richmondshire District Council, Coun Clive World and Coun John Robinson, will be holding a monthly ward advice surgery for residents to discuss issues of interest or concern on Thursday, March 7 from 6pm until 7pm, in the communal lounge, Greyfriars, Richmond.
