A DARLINGTON pub is searching for the area’s best mother.
As Mother’s Day approaches, staff at The Brinkburn on Lady Kathryn Grove are encouraging their customers and local residents to nominate their mums to win a special prize.
The winner of the ‘One in a Grillion’ competition will win a family meal at the pub and could go onto win the national prize of a luxury pampering session.
James Davies, general manager at the Brinkburn, said: “All mums are special but we’re looking for those who go above and beyond for their children and really have a special story to tell.”
