A TEMPORARY gym in the Dolphin Centre will close on Wednesday (February 27) during the final stages of the refurbishment of the centre’s main gym, which is due to reopen on Monday (March 4). Gym facilities will be available at Eastbourne Sports Complex, in Hundens Lane, from Thursday (February 28) to Sunday, with extended opening hours in place during that time.
FLOWER CLUB: The annual meeting of Darlington Flower Club will take place on Wednesday, March 6, at St Cuthbert’s Church Centre, in Market Place, Darlington, at 11.30am, followed by a ‘bring your own’ lunch. It will be followed at 2pm with a demonstration entitled ‘Inflorescence’ by Nick Grounds, from Wisbech. For more information, call 01325-374732.
