A NEW eight week basic dog obedience training course starts in Hurworth on March 7.
The Skernedale Dog Training Club will host the beginners’ sessions at Hurworth Grange Community Centre at 7pm, with the usual class for more advanced dogs continuing from 8pm.

WEDDING: Couples looking to tie the knot are in for a treat at the Mercure Kings Head Hotel this Sunday, March 3.
The Priestgate venue is hosting a free wedding fayre between 11am and 4pm where free goodie bags will be handed out to visitors.
SPECIALIST CLASSES: Fitness sessions tailored for people with back problems are being held at the Eastbourne Sports Complex on Monday evenings.
The classes are delivered by a team of chartered physiotherapists specialising in the treatment and prevention of back pain. They run between 6pm and 7pm and cost £4.
