A MOTORCYCLIST suffered a broken leg after colliding with a Vauxhall Corsa in East Cleveland at the weekend.
Police are asking for witnesses to the accident, at the junction of Armitage Road and South Avenue in Dormanstown, Redcar, on Saturday February 23, to come forward.
The smash happened at about 7.50pm and involved the Corsa and a Yamaha trials bike.
The 19-year-old male rider of the bike suffered a broken leg and was taken to the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.
Witnesses to the collision are asked to contact PC Martin Tranmer of the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting reference number -32244.
