Crakehall artist chosen for London exhibition

A painting by artist Sue Lawson was one of several chosen from over 1,000 for a prestigious exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London. Sue from Crakehall, near Bedale, chose one of her favourite views across West Burton for the large oil entitled Breathing the Night Air. The Lynn Painter-Stainers Prize 2013 exhibition runs until March 2.
