A DARLINGTON man appeared at court today (February 25) charged with possessing a class A drug.
Police found a packet containing £110-worth of methylamphetamine in Craig Thackray’s jacket pocket after executing a search warrant at his home on December 12.
Thackray, 29, of High Northgate, pleaded guilty to the offence at Newton Ayliffe Magistrates Court today (Monday, February 25).
He was sentenced to six months probation supervision and was ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.
