York is to play a starring role in a forthcoming episode of More4’s The Fabulous Baker Brothers. The brothers, who demonstrate the key to baking whilst visiting different UK locations, recently filmed in York. The episode will be screened on Tuesday, March 26 at 9pm.
ADVICE ON KEEPING WARM: Older people in Harrogate are to be given tips on keeping warm and well at a free event in Knaresborough. The event will be held at the Bridge Coffee Bar in Gracious Street on Thursday, March 7. There will be a free hot drink and a chance to find out information about keeping warm throughout the remainder of winter and how to prepare for the next one.
