A NEW exhibition featuring paintings and ceramics by a group of artists who work together at the same arts space is to go on display at The Station, in Richmond.

Members of the Bridge Artists, who meet at The Bridge Centre for Visual Arts, chose to exhibit at The Station following the closure of the Darlington Arts Centre last year, which left the town without a central exhibition space.

The group of ten artists have each contributed six pieces to the exhibition, which opens to the public tomorrow (Saturday, February 23) until March 7.

Sara Macintosh, one of the artists to display work, said: “We’re delighted to be coming to The Station. It’s a wonderful exhibition space and they’ve been very supportive of our work.”
