Inquest opened into death of Billingham teenager

INQUEST OPENED: An inquest into the sudden death of 14-year-old Caitlyn Allen was opened and adjourned at Teesside Coroner’s Court this morning (Wednesday, February 20). The Billingham teenager died on Saturday, February 16. Cleveland Police confirmed an investigation has been launched and said the unexplained incident was being treated as a sudden, non suspicious death.

RELATIVES SOUGHT: Relatives of Middlesbrough man Rodney Burr are being sought following his death. Mr Burr, 64, died in James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough, on Sunday, February 10. Relatives are asked to contact the bereavement service on 01642-835638.
