FUNDRAISING EVENT: The Darlington Breathe Easy group will hold a fundraising event at 7.30pm on Saturday, April 6, at Darlington Rugby Club, in Blackwell Meadows. The event will include a pie and peas supper and music by The Musical Time Machine. Tickets are £8. For more information call Margaret Cave on 01325-490545.
AFTERNOON FILM: A film aimed at young children and parents will be shown at McNay Street Children’s Centre, in Darlington, on Friday, February 22, between 1pm and 3pm. Places are limited and must be booked in advance at the centre reception.
DIGNITY CAMPAIGN: Members of the Gold, Growing older in Darlington, campaign for Dignity in Care will continue their efforts to raise awareness by hosting a stall in the outdoor market on Monday, February 25, between 9.30am and 1.30pm. The stall will offer more information about Gold and the volunteers’ dignity in care work.
