DOMINO DRIVE: Brompton Village Hall is holding a domino drive to raise funds for the hall on Friday, February 22 at 7.30pm. Entry is £1.50 and there will be a raffle and refreshments.
WOMEN’S PRAYER: A Women’s World Day of Prayer service will take place at All Saints Roman Catholic Church on Friday, March 1 at 2.30pm. The hour-long service with speaker the Revd Bob Lewis will be followed by refreshments in the church hall. All are welcome to the event.
GUITAR EVENING: Adrian Bramley and Ian Cobb, who make up Cobram guitar duo, will be performing in a classical guitar evening at Gilling West Village Hall on Friday, March 1 from 7.30pm. Tickets cost £7.50 and advance booking on 01748-825082 is essential. All proceeds go towards the Gilling West Village Hall charity.
