AN ANNUAL book fair returns to the region this weekend (Saturday, February 16).
The Durham Book Fair will feature 43 dealers from across the country, with titles covering a wide range of subjects.
One of the highlights will be an original manuscript recording the exploits of the Darlington Bicycle Club between 1910 and 1917.
There will also be a copy of the memoirs of Josef Boruwlaski, a Polish dwarf known as “The Count” who entertained audiences in Durham in the early 19th Century.
The Durham Book Fair will be held at County Hall, Durham, on Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Entry is £1 for adults, free for children and students.
