Land Rover stolen from property in Gainford

A Land Rover Defender 90 Turbo was stolen from a property in Low Road, Gainford, some time between February 2 and 3. Anyone with information or who spotted anything suspicious in the area should contact Barnard Castle Police on 101.
ASH WEDNESDAY: Two services to celebrate Ash Wednesday (February 13) will be held at St Osmund's Church, Gainford. At 10am, Said Mass with imposition of ashes will be followed by morning coffee in the parish house. At 7.30pm, Sung Mass with imposition of ashes will be followed by confessions. All welcome.
