The Love Wall in The Cornmill centre, Darlington
SHOPPERS could be hit by Cupid’s arrow this week as the god of love makes his way around one of the region’s shopping centres.
The Cornmill Centre, in Darlington, is encouraging people to share the Valentine’s Day love and place their romantic messages on its Love Wall.
The centre’s Roman god of love will be making his way around the shopping centre bringing love, and love messages, in his own unique way.
The Love Wall will be in the Cornmill Centre until Valentine’s Day, this Thursday, to give visitors the chance to publicly declare their feelings for their loved ones.
The writer of the most romantic message, as chosen by centre management, will win an overnight stay at Rockliffe Hall, in Hurworth, near Darlington, including dinner, breakfast and use of the spa facilities.
